My friend gave me this hypertech power tuning module. I hooked it up to the computer under the hood and the red power wire was hooked up to the remote power wire for the stereo. I have an SES light but when the car is stopped for about 3 mins the ses light turns off and as soon as the car hits 1700 rpms the ses light comes on.

What did I do wrong?
