Hypertech Power Programming with LT4 Hot Cam Kit?

Hypertech Power Programming with LT4 Hot Cam Kit?
Should I use the power programmer or use the stock programming until I can send the PCM out to be burned? I don't want to run too lean but it may run too rich with the stock program. Mods are in sig.
