stock X 1.4

Hey Steve,

If you multiplied the stock readings with 1.4, wouldn't that tell the injectors to stay open longer?

That would be the opposite direction that you would want to go with bigger injectors, you would want to decrease the time they are open,, right?

I'm not doubting you, because I really don't know. My car is hard to start with 30# injectors, and I figured it had to do with the offsets. I was trying to do as you said, but Tunercat wouldn't let me do several points on the table at X 1.4, since they were already max out at 7782. (I think)

If I'm wrong, please help me understand this concept.

Thanks

D Moss

About the offsets. That link shows the offsets that LT1 edit pulls out of the PCM. Tunercat pulls different ones. I have a speadsheet showing how they compare and by what %. Let me know if you want it. I can only guess that the def files for each of these two programs calculates the offset alittle different. Tunercat is aware of this difference but doesn't think thier calc is the incorrect one.

I would love to see those also. My car with 30 lb injectors cranks too long and would like to try this.

Thanks,
Mike

I switched to 30# svo's a while ago and only modified my injector size constant and it starts fine. What exactly does the offest table do across the board if you modify it? The cars running great as is... but i'm wondering if im missing out on anything
