how do you adjust timing on

how do you adjust the timing on a 2001 z28 i have a 100 shot of nitrous on there and ive been told that i need to move it a few degrees how?im use to the old school engines where you just turn the distributer

i think those new fangled things have the computer command i when to fire... you may need to reprogram that chippy lookin, thingy, that tells your engine how to run....

or could just build an old school small block for it.... much easier.. IMHO

TunerCat, EFILive, HPTuners, ETC. Any of these will work fine for that.

If you want to just pull timing when you are spraying then look into a retard box or ignition that has the capability of doing it. If you want to pull the timing even when running N/A then you can have it reprogramed or reprogram it yourself with some of the software above. I personally got a good N/A tune and then pulled timing with the mallory box.
