Question How to display CSV values properly in MS EXCEL??

Can someone please explain to me the correct method of displaying a CSV file in MS EXCEL so the values are all in the correct table. I have forgotten how to do it and it is driving me nuts. I want it all to be correctly displayed so each coloumn has its respective values. For example Idle to have its own coloumn with the values below it so I can make sense of it.

Do I have to rename the CSV file to a XLS extension??

I have forgotten and have tried the above but some of the values like Vehicle Speed are all zeros which is incorrect.

Thanks for your help, much appreciated!

All I do is open Excel, goto File->Open, select All Documents from the pull-down, then select the CSV file. Done deal.
