How do you change the vin in a .bin file for a 95 f-body LT1?

I just want to modify my tune slightly and email it to my brother so the tune is ready to go.

I don't want to change the vin of the PCM but change the VIN that is on the file that I have.

 

What tuner are you using? Tunercat after V2.09 has a VIN changer included in the tuner. All you do is run it and it reprograms the PCM with the VIN you entered. Other tuners, don't know if they offer that or not. There is also a stand alone program out there that will let you do the same thing, just do a google search and you should find it.
