help with over all tune

i know ther is more power in the car but where do i look for it, i have a good idea on the fuel but what about the timing part of the car i can send you my file to look at or is there some thing more to this

It's all in the timing and fueling.
You're just going to have to try different things.
I would set the timing map up so that you have 38* of timing (as shown on a datalogger, not what's in your table) and then get the fueling right around 13:1 a/f ratio on a wideband.
Then try 36* timing. If it picks up power, try 34.....and so on.
Same thing with the fueling. Try 12.8:1 and see if it picks up power, if it does try 12.5:1....
It's all experimenting.
