what is the best tuning program and logger,, all so what program can i get to read the codes for diagnostics thanks and i have my cable trying to get my car tuned and all

 

For 95 I think the best is Tunercat. For logging and diagnostics Freescan or TTS Datamaster. Tunercats now sells bundles to you can get everything you need.

 

can someone get me the add to download freescan i cant find the one for obd1

Some things to check that have caused problems with Freescan.. ...Did you download it from here http://www.andywhittaker.com/ECU/Fre...0/Default.aspx . What type of failure are you seeing, what is your laptop Software OS , do you have a USB or serial OBD1 cable with an OBD2 connector for your '95 setup, if it's serial cable using a USB adapter then is the adapter supported, is the correct cable driver loaded , is the COM port set correctly and have you selected the "Force Data" - Interact radial button on the main FreeScan menu. ?
