Anyway, I replied to his email, but I'm not sure if he got it or not.
I don't see how his flash chips could be corrupt since the car is running.

He's really helpful and besides, he's the best to contact since he designed the program....

Yeah, I figured it couldn't be the flash chips if the car would run...but you'd know better than I would, that's why I told him to try you.

OK, so explain this to me again. Are you able to datalog the car, but NOT program/read it?

 

Ok right from the start,
made some changes to the tables hooked everthing up up load went go 100% started car went for drive ran like crap. wanted to go back to other tune , security, pulled fues pcm,unhooked bat, wated to hit (p) when key on up to 1 min still security.

CK,ed fues ok, car stars drives i can get data master logs all the time.

just can,t read or reprogram

i think i need a pcm, or should i go to the dealer and get them to try a reflash

If they won't charge you more than $50 for a reflash, I think you could try that. Otherwise, if downtime is no issue, you can send it to me and I'll take a look at it.

A day or two. The repair rate is $40 + shipping. If it's not the chips, then you will pay shipping only.

 

is there a way for me to test the chip before i send it, or the pcm,
i have all the tool's and know how to do this.
