Harness Trimming...

Over the last few years I've pulled some misc parts out of my engine compartment, and I still have the plugs on the harness. Does anyone know if it's save to trim the harness back so that I can clean things up a bit? I haven't thrown any codes with these things unplugged, but I was unsure if there was any circuitry in these plugs that would throw codes if I cut them off.

Anybody know one way or the other?

Well, off of the top of my head there's the AIR pump, the A/C plugs, and the cruise control. I haven't thrown any codes with these unplugged, I'm just curious if it'll be different if I cut the plugs off.
