got my car scanned?

ok i'm not good with this kinda stuff but this is what it said:

p0122: the pcm has determined that the input from the throttle position sensor is lower than expected for the current engine operating conditions.

this is a brand new tps..and even unplugged the battery after replacing it and all of the other codes dissappeared.

p0336: the pcm has determined that the voltage signal from the crankshaft position sensor "A" is out of range for the current engine operating conditions.

also this is brand new as well. what could be the problem??

when i got it scanned last week it came up with five, cps, tps, iat, mass air, speed sensor. i found out the iat was unplugged, fixed that and replaced the cps and tps and reset battery and all codes stayed gone except the cps and tps. so i'm kinda clueless??

For the TPS, I'd recommend checking the closed throttle TPS voltage. I don't remember off the top of my head what the spec is for LT1, but I believe its 0.64 volts to 0.94 volts. If you have an aftermarket throttle body, you may need to "slot" the TPS to get the voltage in the proper range.

For the crankshaft sensor code, I'd check the wiring to the sensor.

NEVER change a sensor until you at least check the presense of voltage at the sensor. The CKP should have 12 volts on the pink wire.

The TPS is a little different. It should have 5 volts on the grey wire.

Here's the twist. While neither sensor has a common voltage point, they do have a common ground. PCM black connector, pin 3(pink/black wire) and pin 6. (black wire). The black wire on pin 16 incidentally is sensor ground for the MAP and IAT.

Therefore be sure to check the grounds for the PCM. The 2 most important ones are above the starter and on the left cylinder head front. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to check a few more while your there. At the radiator support, where the ground strap goes down to the frame and the negative cluster on the passenger inner fender.
