First off, are you using TunerCat or LT1 Edit? If you are using TC then what version are you using. The latest version of TC is now at 2.0, if you are using just the TunerCat flash program then that is at 2.04b.

Howevever you should use the latest TunerCat program and in the tools menu, perform your read and program functions from there.

Or if you prefer to use the older method of using their windows flash utility. Perform this check:

Start up the flash utility program. Hit keys "ctrl, T" then you will see that a test menu appear on the menu bar. Click on "test" then check the box "debug to file" that saves all comm errors to a text file. Then email that file to:

TC@tunercat.com

Explain the problem to TC, he will email a fast response to your problem

If the newer version fixed his, then request the newer version from Tunercat, updates are FREE with Tunercat.

If you continue to have problems, my question would be did you have someone tune your computer professionally?

Abdullah, just download the latest version of the TunerCat Tuner software, that will enable you to read and program direct from the Tuner Software without using the Flash utility.

TunerCat is up to version 2.0 now, there was a bug in version 1.98 that had some problems with the checksum when using the EE definition file.
