I have been so busy lately with all kinds of crap the ECM page got overlooked. But due to NUMEROUS emials I looked over what Dave has ready and it should work. So lets give it a try. I will attach a link to the page. You can download, and upload you files right from the page. Once you upload it I will review it and if it passes my inspection it will be allowed for publishing. Thanks to all of you who were so patient, and also those of you who contributed. If you see anything missing, or have a problem email me and I will get with Dave on getting it fixed.

Okay I re-enabled the file submission feature. You can find the link on the top of the main list page. Your submission will not show up until it is reviewed and approved by an admin, so dont freak out and reload a million times when it doesnt show.
