Disable EGR in LT1 Edit

I have removed my EGR from my stroker engine.

I have OBD2 LT1 Edit. I know I need to toggle "CRANK AIR" to the off position. But my question is do I also need to disable the EGR tests as well so it wont throw a code?

Crank AIR is for the air pump. You will need to disable the EGR tests for the EGR.

The air pump is located in front of the motor just below the coil on the driverside. It is made of black plastic and is round. It connects to the headers/exhaust manifolds again towards the front of the motor.
It will attach to the check vavles using a rubber hose. There is another one on the passenger side as well.

The EGR is located below the fuel pressure regulator on the driverside toward the back of the motor. It connects to the exhaust on the passenger side near where the heater core tubes are.
The EGR will connect to the exhaust using a flexible metal tube.
