Did I Destroy my ECM?
I'm working on buring a chip for a '93, and when i put the memcal back in the computer, my ses just blinks constantly. I know the eprom is ok, and i know that all the pins connect to the memcal, and all the pins are fine on the memcal socket. Any ideas?
