what dataloggers are there for obdII ?
who is the chepest as i have just spent all my money/maxed credit card for headers,cam,rocker,jet dst and rs232 cable. an now i cant even use the jet dst as i have no data logger. this sucks . an now from my credit card being maxed looks like it going to be awhile before i can do any tuning . and the Lt1 is runing rich .

You have 2 options that I am aware of. One is Mxscan over at monodax.com, it has zero support and is a pain to get running on LT1's. I have that right now. The other is Autotap, more money but alot freindlier. I am looking into getting that for myself right now. If you can return the JET DST I would get a 95 OBD1 PCM and tunercats, then use freescan and datamaster to log.

 

currently looking onto scanxl from palmerperformance.com its obdII compatible anyone have any evperience with this scanner?

 

I use AutoTap on a laptop computer for my OBDII car. This lets me to go out and data log alot of engine data while I drive under the conditions that I am interested in.
