Post cheap chip reprogramming

I need some help fellas. I need to know where i can get a new chip burnt or mine reprogrammed to take into account my growing mod list.
BTW would a cam,1.6 ratio rockers, headers exhaust, new intake manifold, and a few other mods respond to a burnt chip anymore than say a hypertech?
