Car tuning issues

Ok computer tuning gurus. I have the 95z in the signature. Mods are 6# Vortech, comp cam 224/236, 58mm AS&M TB, AS&M 1 3/4" headers, P&P stock casting heads(no flow #'s), 1.6 comp pro-magnum RR's, no EGR or AIR, no CAT. I've had Bryan at PCM for Less write a program for those mods. He has re-written it three times to try and get the car running right, so far no luck. Once it goes into closed loop it runs rich and causes the plugs to foul. The car runs very strong but I know I can squeeze more power out of it with a good tune. I had it dyno'd with the first program and it netted 340RWHP! That's horrible for what has been done to the car. Can anyone help me get this figured out. I have Datamaster and Tuner Cat. I can send anyone the Data run so they can see the problem I am having. Thank you very much for your help, Rob.

Not entirely sure I can help, but I'm always willing to take a look at a datalog to see if anything sticks out.

Put your MAF on the pressure side. I had the same problem. Trust me it will fix it. The surge valve jacks up the MAF signal and it will add fuel to compensate.

You said that you had your car dynoed, why not dyno tune it there?
