hey guys... im new to the whole dianostics/programming thing. i have a simple question for you all.... im just curious on how to diagnose misfires using these data machines that you have?? im going to be bringing my car to my mechanic to see if he can find the cause of my hesitation. using a data machine, can you guys pinpoint a misfire to a certain cyl?? im thinking either my o2's are shot, or i have a burnt wire somewhere. it seems like ive been having most of my problems after i installed my hooker LT's. i think i might have an exhaust leak which is probably screwing up the computer. im just hoping i can get things straightened out.

so if anyone has any input, or can explain to me in brief how all the diagnostic stuff works, i would really appreciate it!! thanks in advance!
