"Bricked" PCM repair

I found this while I was looking around today.

Has anyone used this service?: https://www.ebay.com/itm/94-95-LT1-E...0AAOSw5IJWcbgR

I don't get it at a price of $200. You can buy a used one with no problems for half that. Even the recyclers only charge $150 everyday. The part they will replace costs about $5 and they can do it in about 15 minutes.
