Best/easiest way to tune my car?

ok, I've got a 93 Z28 and I was wondering what would be the best route to go with it computer/tuning wise. I have a complete PCM and Harness from my 95 Z28 M6 which I recently wrecked

I've always liked the way you can tune the 94+ cars with a cable and a laptop (I've seen guys change tunes at the track for weather conditions etc, as well as making dyno tuning much simpler), as compared to waiting for a chip to come in for the 93's

I was wondering if it would be better to just swap the harness and PCM over to the 93 and get a cable and tunercat, or keep the 93 the way it is and have a chip burned for it?

If I were to convert to the 95's computer and harness how difficult would it be?

I think you pretty much answered your own question.
