Auto trans programing help needed

I'm working on 95 LT1 with auto trans . The ECM went bad so we got a used one . I reflashed it with a stock program using Tunner Cats . The car will shift from 1 to 2 just find but then goes right into 4th at about 35 MPH . The car worked find before this. I have a paper copy of the program. I have looked over it and can't see anything right off. I told the ECM what gear ratio the cars has so that's not it. Could something in the ECM switch table or ECM constants table be causing this? I'm new to the tuning part of these cars any help would be great !

Can you e-mail me a copy of the .bin file , I'll take a quick look at it. Are you sure it's a '95 A4 .bin not an '94 as there is a difference in the TCC PWM solenoid code. You can also download TTS Datamaster EE for 20 free logs and see if you have any transmission DTC errors and if the shift encode is working correctly.

Don't be surprised if it isn't in the tune somewhere. A mis-adjusted TV (throttle valve) cable will do that also.
