besides the tuning and parameter feilds can a sixspeed PCM be flashed with an Autos programming, or with parameter changes?

Reason asking is I have a Wrecked 94 Z donar car for my S-10 project and the car was originally a Six speed, I have a 4L60-E and wiring for an Lt1 and want to use the Zs computer, the Zs computer also already had LT1 edit installed on it.

 

Yes the PCM's are the same (but as you noted the programs contained within are not). The only issue may have is if you have the VIN locked version of LT1 Edit. This will prevent you from using your copy of LT1 Edit with the "new" pcm (because it will have a different VIN). I seem to remember that you could buy additonal licences for different VINS at a reasonable cost (but I am not sure if you had to do it at the time you purchase LT1 Edit).
