LONG time ago there was a 'special' file that was loaded with LT1edit that allowed any VIN to be programmed with edit, it would only work on like version 1.x or something like that.

For those that know what I am talking about, I thought this file was just to be saved in the location of edit and then the special icon was to be clicked and it worked, were there more files than just that one .exe file? and if that is it, what steps were needed for it to work properly?

 

With that file you would just have to have it in the same directory and shortcut it, too many programs running in the background gave an error.
