air bag light came on how do i diagnose this?

what usually is the culprit i looked on shoeboxes website and didnt find anything about it and a search pulls up nothing that gives me anything to go on the car is a 96 z28 any pictures of what needs to be replaced?

usually it's a defective airbag module, located under the center console.

Disconnect the battery before you start moving that around. All the airbag related stuff is yellow on my 94.
