Turbo People in Hastings NY will be able to help you. Ask for Job Spetter Jr. Tell him Lupe from San Antonio sent ya! He will be a big help, trust me. One of the best in DFI if not the best.

I know this post is a bit old, but if you're still looking for a stock file to start with I had the help of ChowZ28 from a forum about 6months ago. I've been running this tune: http://numb.voxel.net/calmap/files/UNVRSL/chowz28
for about 6 months. Chow said it was a good start for a stock `95 WS6/Z28 with the accel dfi gen6. It runs rich as hell on a stock setup, but it's got my car running like a bat out of hell and it helped me fix all the ignition gremlins i had before. There's a bit of work to be desired on the ignition map, but it's a good place to start. By this time you've probably already got your DFI tuned so it's no good but i'll put this here to help those looking for a good place to start with a stock LT1 and the accel dfi.
thanks to ChowZ28 for the help again!
