ABS and TCS/ASR lights on intermittently

Well, it started after my autotrix install (shouldn't have been this, but that's when I noticed it). First both lights would come on and stay on, then they went off after a while. Now, it's a 50/50 chance they come on when I start the car, but after driving for like 30 seconds, the LOW TRAC and BRAKE lights come on, then all four lights (LOW TRAC, BRAKE, ABS INOP, and ASR OFF) go out, and the system works normally.

The only thing I had done previous to this was disconnect the traction control box over the valve covers then run the car, since I am trying to get rid of the thing but keep ABS. I already checked the connector and cleaned it, made sure it was in all the way. I checked the resistance of the traction control module, its 2.7 ohms. Any other ideas? Any chance I might have to take this to the dealer and have them check the EBTCM?

Low voltage can make the lights do funny things. Make sure it is up to snuff.
