What would it take to run MS to control the fuel. Then control the timing with a 6LS box and run ls1 coils on the lt1?

You'd have to find a way to generate the same 24X signal that the LS1 generates from the crankshaft position sensor - there is no easy way to do this, the opti provides a 360X and a 4X signal, and that's on the camshaft. There is another thread on this forum where people are talking about how to make the LS1 PCM work on the LT1, and the challenges are similar.
