4A-->T-56 conversion

I'm in process of changing my 4A to a T-56 in my LT1/LT4 1969 Camaro. i know I need to reflash the computer but I'm not sure exactly what needs to be changed in the program. I've been told that an Moates or ATM cable will work with LT1-edit or Tunercat. Are there any others? Can anyone give some help? thanks.

Ideally, you need to get ahold of a 6speed calibration from the same year of your engine, and flash your PCM with it. Yes, you can use LT1EDIT or Tunercat if you are able to get a 6speed calibration.

IMO, I would just have someone professionally do it. I got mine from PCMforLess, and was very pleased. Plus they will tune it exactly how you want it and with all your mods in mind. Or you can just take it to the GM dealership and have them flash a stock M6 program.
