30lb inj v.s 24lb with tunercat? new tune ?

now I have some svo 24lb inj and if I get some 30lb svo inj what will have to change in the tune ( inj offsets? constants?a/f ratio?) last time I checked the 24lb were running at like 102% dc@6100 rpm, so for now I put the fuel pressure at 50psi, until I get some 30lb inj. or is there a lot more to be changed and I will need to get a new tune?

Pretty mcuh just have to change the injector constant and be done with it. If your injectors are maxing out (over 85% is kinda high) the new injectors should be plenty and no major changes will be needed. You will have to use the formula to correct for fuel pressure changes between ford and gm tho.

From what I've seen in the past, you shouldn't have any trouble with 24 lb injectors with your setup. Unless it's different then what is in your sig. I've seen 400RWHP without maxing out stock 24lb injectors. Close, but not maxed out.

what or why would cause this? when I last done some data logging(from freescan) the inj pulse width was like 18 and 19 ms @6000 and up to 6400, is'nt that 95% inj d/c @ 6000 rpm and even more as the rpm's go higher? do I need bigger inj? and mods are correct in sig
