Has anybody ever truely determined via bench tests the offsets vs voltage for SVO 30#'ers. Seems like most of the information thats out there is more trial and error or this "worked for me" stuff. What kind of offset numbers did Ford put in their ECMs when using these injectors?

I think SVO has a tech line. You might want to call them.
Or ask on one of the Ford techboards. They are starting to get into the ECM's more and more and someone might know this.

 

this is what mine are set at for the 30# SVOs. i wouldnt say it runs perfect.... seems to load up quick off idle.
