What will happen if I install 30# injectors and drive to get the pcm tuned for it? My injectors (stock) are acting weird and I am thinking of installing 30#'s but I am not sure of what will happen if the pcm is not tuned for it.

Not a good idea. You'll probably end up fouling up your plugs.
