1.5 BAR map sensor?
Spring project:
Get a new MAP sensor and alter base spark advance tables again. Is anyone using a GM 12591290 (AC# 213-3842) MAP sensor and what is it's rating. A web search finds some claim it's 2 BAR and some say 1.5 BAR, one place seems to say 1.7 BAR (1.69 kpa). Since I only get a little over 6 psig I hope it's a 1.5 BAR which would be very convenient!
This GM MAP sensor fits late 90s and 2000s model Pontiacs, Buicks and some Chevy products with superchargers.
