I'm getting the ZZ502 engine with the GM HEI distributer. Do you think it's worth the money to get the MSD 6AL Ignition box with the HEI conversion kit? It's a coil cap that you plug the coil into. It would be nice to have the rev control, but I don't want it if it's a waste of money.

There are too many good digital sytems out that cost the same to buy a new "old technology" analog system.

I would try to invest in one of the newer digital systems if possible. Is the engine complete/turnkey?
