registered curb weight on a 267/th350 base with p/s and p/b is 3450lbs I havent actually weighed it but that seems a little light. Id guess 35-3600. Been meaning to put it on the 4 corner scales at work (more to see how twisted up it is).

thanks, there is a 355 in the car, plus i have a ton of stereo in the trunk. so with me in the car i have a pretty good idea of what it weighs.

Is there a commercial weight scale on the highway somewhere near you? If so, you can probably use it. I use the ones in the Vancouver area once in a while, and no one seems to mind.

Do you just drive up to it and sit there till they do their thing? or do you have to go in and explain what your doing?
The ones here have a huge digital readout near the scale (you can read it while driving past the scale on the highway). I just drive on any time I feel like, open or closed, day or night. You don't need to see anyone.
If it doesn't have a readout and you have to go inside to talk to someone, you might as well stop in and ask if they'll let you on. There's no harm in asking

Yep, just drive right off the highway and right onto the scale. Even if the place is closed, it will still read out your cars' weight off the digital readout. You'll see it when you drive over the scale. I've done this many times myself, usually late at night. I don't think the DOT really cares if you weigh your car or not.
