Post Torque Converter going bad?

Hey, does anyone know what are all the possible symptoms of a torque converter going south? Thanks.

normally you will notice more slippage (higer stall) or a vibration.. sometimes you can hear a rattling noise at idle. You may also see some metal on the dipstick. Problem is, once it goes, it more often than not takes the tranny with it
