Switching from regulator on firewall

to having the alt/reg together. Can anyone point me in the right direction? This is on a 1967 Camaro. If you are familiar with a kit to do this, that info would be appreciated too.
Thanks,
SPK

You are wanting to go to a later style integral reg. alternator, correct? Easiest is to go to a one wire and do away with all of it.

To hook up the "3-wire" style..

The only wire you are concerned with on the old style regulator should be brown, and go back to your "alt" idiot light on the dash.

I can't remember if it goes to the F or the R post on the new alternator; it has been quite a few years since I did my other camaro. Pretty sure it goes to the R side of the two wire plug. The F side just jumps back over to your positive post on the alternator.

You can pick up a plug with short pigtails to splice in from just about any auto parts store.
