Suspension SEtup

Just wondering what kind of drop yall run with your cars.. I don't know whether I want to go with the mono leaf and use a coil spring setup to adjust ride height, or go with a 3" or 1 1/2" drop spring in the rear, with whatever inch drop in the front to match.. I would like the car to sit over top the tires a little but I would also like to have enough ground clearance to not scrape everything thats a little uneven in the road. I understand a little scraping would have to be delt with, but Im used to it from driving my 4thgen and a friends dropped 4th gen car a lot.
Also do you have any pics?
Oh by the way this will be going in a 69 Camaro.
Thanks!

I'm running 4-leaf multis (PST conversion) with the stock 3.08 10-bolt.

For pics see the link below.
