Hey guys, its been a while since I've posted here, but I need some help, and I hope you guys are up to it.

My dad used to own a 1968 Camaro, which he sold in the Spring of 1984, in Savannah Georgia. This December, he will turn 50, and my mom and I are hoping to find his car and purchase it for him.

We have a friend who is a US Marshall, so all we need is the V.I.N. That's where we stuck; we called the insurance company, but they only keep records for 10 years, and we tried calling the DMV in Savannah, but they only keep records for 10 years.

So if anyone has any suggestions or connections, please let me know. Help us make an old man (but don't tell him I said that ) happy. Thanks!
