ok, my brother just installed a power brake kit onto his 67 camaro, and hes having some trouble. its all installed, but when he depresses the brake pedal there's a swooshing sound coming from behind the booster and the pedal is really loose.he wants to know if there is supposed to be a seal? when the vacuum is off, the pedal stiffens up. thanks
