Possible to stuff 295's on a 67?
Okay. right now i have a 1967 camaro, with 275\60\15. tires are 28 inches tall.
I saw these 295\50\15 at the local speed shop. and i love em. they look so much wider, and have about 2 inches on mine. i measured roughly and i think i can fit them.
i had to lift my rearend and get new leaf's to fir the 275's i have 30 1\2 inches from the ground to my outer fender. the ridge part.
so is it possible to fit 295\50\15's in my car? i think i might need wheel spacers. but im not 100% i got about an inch on the inside bewteen the tire and fender wall. how much should i allow for space?

I think it's not possible.
I read very much articles, because I installed 17" wheels on my 69' Camaro. The largest tire without minitubbing is 275. And the 69 has more space than the 67/68.
Try the Camaro tech forum. There is a lot of information about that.
