Original Fuel Line

To what hp range would you guys trust the original fuel line in your first gen camaro?

dont trust it for any non stocker. track wont like it eather, id suggest a nice new line with at least braided covers to protect from getting cut or melted

if its for that TT camaro you have in the sig i would run at least a 10AN braided hose. i run 2 10 AN braided hoses out of the fuel cell into one 10 then 10 out of the fuel pump then to the rugulator then a 8 to both sides of the carb. at least run braided hose even if its smaller but i wouldn't go smaller cause your gonna be using a lot of fuel.

Would you suggest using the orignal tank and just modifying it with a bigger pickup and lines? Should I have a sump welded on? Or should I drop it and install a fuel cell?

a nice trunk mounted cell would probably be easyer and less expencive then modifing your current tank and its cool too! if you are going -an's up front, you should get big enough lines to feed those as well. have any pics of your car? id like to see what youre working on

i would get i fuel cell. already has the sump end everything and they look cool. i would run all an fittings not just up front, might cost a little more (lot more) but its worth it.
