The only catch is if you build it from scratch its considered a 2003 car... which means it might have to meet newer regs in some states.

it from them i emailed the on e aby with this question:
i really like what you have done, i have a few questions regarding
assembly, how hard would it be to assemble? also how would i register this
car? or owuld i have to buy a rusted out 69 and switch it over?
and this is there answer:
All you do is bolt on all of your accessories. This body panel is for rust
repair and meant to replace your rusted out panel.

so i dont know i fyou can build a complete car from it, but from their add on e bay, thats what they were leaning to from my point of view.

I think they are just wanting you to buy a rusted Camaro of say 1969 model year... Then replace all the rusted panel with their panels. Thus the car is still a 1969 Camaro, just it has new panels rather than the old rusty ones.
