I had a 79z in high school that was running dual exhaust with h pipe. It had the factory resonators for mufflers. That car sounded really good to me. I'd like to use the resonators on the car I have now except they only had a 2" inlet. Does anyone know of a muffler that sounds like that with 2.5" tubes?

I think SLP is selling a resonating muffler, which really isn't a muffler anyway, just a tube with crimps in it. They sound gorgeous. It is called the Loud Mouth Exhaust, but its for 4th gen's.....but nothing a bit of fabrication can fix.

Also, try Year One, if they don't have it, I am sure they could point you in the right direction.
