Looking for a 'reputable' carb rebuild service

Good morning, I picked up a pretty new Holley carb (didn't seem to have fuel run through it!) and would like to know if there is a reputable build service that is close to the Memphis area.

I believe it's a little 600 vac sec 4160..? (truck avenger?..)
I would like it to be setup for a Vortec headed 283 and a 268h comp cam, with 370? Gear in a light mini truck.
NOT a race car. Just a parts chaser..

And i also have a couple Rochesters that could use a 'going through'.

Thanks
E

i have had good luck with Allstate Carbs > WELCOME TO ALLSTATE CARBURETOR & FUEL INJECTION in Long Island, especially if your looking for performance. I am in Iowa and shipping was not a problem. they also have been real good at followup questions i had over the phone.
