looking for 69 guage cluster for aft mkt guages

i have seen a few in cars before and i know that a lot of them are custom made .. but curious if there is a company out there that makes the section of the 69 camaro dash with it reshaped and holes already for aftermarket guages? ... i have found 1 for sale from a company but it has a fake carbon fiber pattern on it and is 300$ ... looking for just a plain black plastic peice .. don't mind spending 250$ or so for it ... but have had no luck finding one ... if all else fails i will get another stock peice and make it myself .. but would wrather find one already made ...

Covans has the carbon fiber one but they also offer plain black, silver, etc. They're $199. with holes and no gauges.

You can see them here:

Yes, Detroit Speed offers the nicest one I've seen, have one going in my car; I didn't mention it though due to his budget.

yeah that one is a tad out of my budjet and doesnt really look like what i want .. but it does give me an idea ... i do have a wire feed welder ... hmmm might have to pull my dash apart after the next car show and see what i can come up with ... hardest part would be the framework that would bolt up in place smoothly ...

the internal part wouldn't be to hard .. and would give me more freedom ... could update my controls for A/C since i already have vintage air setup ... and it would allow full freedom on the guage layout ..

its a thought .. will see what i can come up with before i order one way or the other ... just don't like the stock setup to much and want to replace the worn out guages already ..
