How do you jack up a 2nd gen firebird from the front ??

I have never owned anything besides 3rd and a 4rth gen camaro so I have no experience with older cars , how in the heck do I jack up my new 1980 firebird esprit from the front ??? One of the tires burst and I need to put a spare on it to get it to the tire shop so I can have it replaced ??? There is also no spare jack on the car so all I have is a regular floor jack and I dont want to damage the car. One last question , will a 3rd gen spare work ??? thanks , Justin

I have a 1978 firebird esprit and you can jack it up under the front shock/spring mount, depending on which side you want to jack up. Don't know if the 3rd gen spare will fit though.
