Cool

Hey, welcome aboard! This site is really good for tech info (although you may find Classic Tech a little slow sometimes....................seems most of the guys on here are 4th-gen guys ) but regardless, there are lots of guys on here who really know their stuff.

It's nice to see someone young who's into the classics (2nd-gen, and especially 1st-gen ). I had my '81 Z28 when I was 17-18, and now I've got my '02, but I still love the looks, the sound, and the raw horsepower of the old cars.................hence why I can't wait to get my dad's '73 Camaro on the road (next spring hopefully ).

You should get a signature made up with some info on your car..............what colour? what engine? what tranny? what mods have you done to "personalize" it?? And if you've got any pics you can post, they're always cool too!

Welcome

I'm one of those darn 4th gen guys Capn' Pete was talking about.

Good luck with your project and don't give up. It'll be worth it when you get done.

I bet you're the only guy in your bunch with a car older than you are.

Glad to see a "youngster" avoiding the perils of rice!

Thumbs up Welcome

I know what you mean by broke...The replacement parts for the 1st gen can run some bucks but you make up for it with the cheaper cost in motor parts. If you get a chance check out our car. The web sight is in my sig. or go to the members ride section and look it up.

Later, Wayne
