How much power are you trying to get out of it? I mean, obviously forged crank and h-beams would be ideal, but they're expensive. If you're staying low on the RPM and reasonable with power, get a cast crank, normal I-beam rods, and some hypereutectic pistons. That rotating assembly will be cheap and can probably handle ~450hp without grenading. 4 bolt block again is nice, but you can probably deal with a 2 bolt. Roller cam = expensive, flat tappet = cheap and probably fine. See where I'm going with this? What are your goals for the car? If it's a mean street machine, no need to go full race with parts. Knowwhatimean?

Oh, and welcome to the board!
