I got quoted at $500 for a full Borla set up including x-pipe. What do you guys think about borla? I want a differant kind of sound than the normal flows plus I don't want it to be that super loud. Borla seems to fit those parameters. Any bad things you all can think of about them, because I'm going to get them put in in about a week.

 

$500 is not a bad price for a full system.
I've run the Borla XR1 mufflers on a few cars and I prefer them to any others I've had. The Edelbrock Victor series are also nice... very comparable to the XR1 in sound. Just remember that the longer the case, the quiter the muffler is going to be. XR1's aren't necessarily the quietest muffler around, especially on high compression/hp engines. If you want quiet and good sound, go with Dynomax.
